TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the initial date 

• All quotations are subject to confirmation by Roofing Tiles Mabati -Kenya on receipt of any order.

• The quotation is based on estimates of both materials & amount.

• The purchaser shall be responsible for ensuring that the information provided is free of any conflicting information or data.

• Prices are subject to fluctuations.

• Lipa pole pole option is available for both ready goods and production goods.

• Deposits should amount to 60% of full payment before production begins.

• Full payment is required during collection/delivery. 

• Title to the goods shall remain vested in Roofing Tiles Mabati -Kenya and shall not pass to the purchaser until all sums due to RTM-K have been paid in full.

• Delivery is done within 1-4 working days following receipt of payment.

• If due to unforeseen circumstances, the purchaser requires the delivery time(s) to be altered, the purchaser must provide prior notice.

• Goods are dispatched in good order and condition.

• Driver must confirm the quantity before departure.

• Our responsibility to the goods ends once the goods have been accepted by the transporter.

• Orders are not subject to change or cancellation by the purchaser other than with prior consent of Roofing Tiles Mabati -Kenya.

• In the event of cancellation or change to an order by the purchaser, the purchaser shall accept all completed goods and all WIP goods in process at full price.

• GOODS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE RETURNED.
